Upon “TELESKIPASS” service activation, the customer’s Credit Card will be automatically charged with the following amounts:
- € 5.00 (VAT included) for contract activation;
- € 5.00 (VAT included) for ski badge activation (for each ski badge linked to the contract).
Should the Subscriber not withdraw from the contract (see REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL) by September 15th at the latest, starting from the next winter season, the same amounts will be charged each year by the system within the deadlines and under the conditions provided for in the contract.
Customers are also required to pay the annual renewal fee even if they do not use their “TELESKIPASS” badges throughout the winter season. (Should the Credit Card be expired or not work) such amount will be charged by adding it to the fee due for the next winter season.
