A place where time seems to have stopped, where it is possible to relive the oldest culture of the Vallée. The church of San Nicola was built in ancient times on the ruins of the medieval castle of the Lords of the city. Only one tower has survived and stands out. The tradition of hemp weaving is still alive as is the production of the typical rye bread, usually enriched with chestnuts, cumin and dried fruit. The natural beauty of the Mont Avic park welcomes its visitors. The ski resort is really among those most quickly reachable from all over northern Italy.
From Italy is possible to reach the location throungh the speedway A5 Torino-Aosta, exit Pont Saint Martin.
Follow the Hone-Bard National Road 26, then turn to Champorcher on the left-hand side.
From France and Swiss cross the Gran San Bernardo Tunnel, follow to Torino through the speedway, exit Verres. Take the National Rouad 26 to Hone Bard, then turn right-hand side to Champorcher.
