From May to the end of September, the “TELESKIPASS” service cannot be used for Aosta Valley ski lifts open during the summer season.

During the summer season (from early May to September 15) the following can be done at ski lift cash desks:

  • updating your Credit Card details (that is, the credit card has expired or has in the meantime been replaced by a new one);
  • paying outstanding amounts in cash (whether for days skied or annual fee). A receipt of payment will be issued by the ski lift company concerned;
  • submitting the request for withdrawal from the contract (according to the procedures provided for in Article 9).

Until June 30, customers may view their online payment history for all days skied by accessing their reserved area (TELESKIPASS/ENTER CUSTOMER AREA).

From early July, customers may change their ski insurance option for the winter season online.

The request for withdrawal must be sent to the following address by September 15, AT THE LATEST:

or it can be submitted at ski lift cash desks according to the procedures provided for in Article 9 of the contract.

From early May until the opening of the ski season,

THE FOLLOWING CANNOT BE DONE on the system:

  1. registration of users as “Relatives”
  2. service/Badge activation
  3. replacement of badges
  4. lost badges
  5. blocking/Unblocking of badges
  6. subscribes a contract
