LOST/STOLEN ski badges
Your lost or stolen ski badge(s) can be blocked from further use through the Customer Area of this website (BLOCK YOUR BADGE) (see Article 7 of the contract).
In order for the service to be reactivated, customers are required to go to cash desks of any Aosta Valley ski resorts with the following documents:
- If your badge is lost: statement in lieu of a notarised document ( see the attached statement in lieu of a notarised document) duly filled in, ID document and photo.
- If your badge is stolen: theft report form submitted to the competent authorities, ID document and photo.
For each lost/stolen ski badge, a duplicate badge will be issued by ski lift cash desks against payment of € 13.00 to cover associated administration fees and badge reissuing costs (where appropriate, you will be issued with a proper payment receipt).
